中文摘要 航空貨運在過去數十年間的成長非常迅速,尤其在歷經美國911事件與SARS全球風暴後,航空客運業營運方面遭逢重大衝擊,也使得近年來航空貨運營運量之成長幅度甚至超過航空客運運量之成長,而大部分航空貨運業者對航空貨運市場未來中長期發展趨勢而言,均能樂觀以待。 由於國際貿易自由化與全球供應鏈觀念逐漸普及,也使得國內對於航空貨運的需求與日俱增。但航空貨運特性上並不等同於海運,因其載運量較小,航空貨運人員必需仔細精算物品的體積與重量,此時貨機盤櫃的配置就顯得十分重要。 本研究欲以一航空貨運業者立場,考量相關營運限制,嘗試建構與定義出航空貨運盤櫃配置與載重平衡之數學規劃模式。研究結果顯示,使用不同盤櫃型式組合,能求較佳之貨物酬載重。
Air cargo had been developed rapidly in the past decade, particularly after 911 events in the United States and the SARS crisis in earth, the operation of passenger air service to sustain a major impact, that has made the business volume of air cargo growth even more than the passenger air service, Most of the air cargo industry to optimistic on the air cargo market with long-term development trend of the future. Because of the liberalization of international trade and global supply chain concept gradually universal, that makes the domestic demand for air cargo. However, air cargo is not the same characteristics at the maritime, its smaller capacity, the air cargo personnel necessary items carefully actuarial size and weight, the cargo container & pallet planning is essential. In this study, we are trying to use a position of the air cargo industry to consider related operating restrictions, try to construct and definition of the air cargo container & pallet configuration and loading weight & balance with mathematical programming model. The results showed that using a different type of container & pallet to seek better payload of cargo.
