組織運作與組織效能關係之研究－以台南市商店售貨職業工會為例

摘要

鑒於臺灣當前對於工會經營管理相關研究之缺乏，本研究以台南市商店售貨職業工會為研究對象，探討性別、年齡、教育程度以及經濟狀況等不同背景變數在工會組織運作與組織效能上的差異，並且更進一步探討工會組織運作與組織效能的關係與影響。根據分析結果顯示，會員的性別在組織運作上之差異並不顯著，但是在組織效能上顯著。會員的年齡、教育程度以及經濟狀況等變數在組織運作與組織效能大致上都有顯著差異。整體而言，組織運作對組織效能有正向顯著影響；但在不同假設中，財務運用變數分別對會務管理、會員福利、工會與會員關係有負向顯著影響。

Due to the lack of research on trade union and management, this research is conducted to determine the factors such as gender, age, education, and financial status that affect Tainan Vending Store Trade Union on organizational operation and organizational effectiveness. Further analysis of the results shows that gender of member makes no significant impact on organizational operation but significant impact on organizational effectiveness. The age, education, and financial status of the member make significant impact on both organizational operation and organizational effectiveness.
Overall, organizational operation has significantly positive effect on organizational effectiveness. However, the financial utilization have a negative effect on union management, member welfare, and the relationship between the union and its members.
