量販店業職業危害因子調查研究

摘要

國內量販店創始於民國78年，在一片看好市場的發展潛力及其營收可收現的狀況下，近年來國內量販店成長迅速，量販業的擴充型態越來越廣，所需的人力越來越多，作業型態也越來越多元化。量販指的是批發倉儲量販，以大量進貨、大量銷售為目的。業者由於賣場面積較大，賣場原本就可作為倉儲空間使用，因此倉儲作業便成為量販業很吃重的一種工作型態，量販店員工所從事的工作中，舉凡久站、搬運重物、接觸危險機械等內容都極有可能造成職業傷害的形成。為防止職業災害的發生，實地的了解工作場所中可能面臨的危害狀況是必要的一環。本研究主要以台灣南部地區（泛指雲林以南）之量販店相關從事倉儲作業型態工作之人員及行政人員為主要研究對象。藉由國內外相關文獻，了解量販店業從事倉儲作業員工所處之工作環境的可能危害等內容，並經由問卷調查了解量販店業從事倉儲作業員工的職業危害現況及對其健康的影響並提出相關結果之探討。
