本論文主要在研究,探討企業經營過程中成長策略的發展與管理,文中提到企業的策略成長模式,依資源基礎理論,動態能力,交易成本與社會網絡資源擁有的優勢,可分為三種:(1)階層式(Hierarchy)的一般性擴張策略,(2)透過市場(Market)機制功能進行購併的市場式,(3)利用組之間關係發展非階層式,非市場式的混合型網絡式(Network relationship),並以鉅航科技股份有限公司為個案,進行企業成長策略分析,以探討的企業成長策略,在動態的產業競爭環境中,成長時機的掌握,優勢資源的取得與優勢的累積,以形成競爭優勢的循環,促成企業一波又一波的策略成長,讓企業經營可以保持生生不息。經過本論文探討後,於本文最後提出對於企業成長策略的時點觀察。
This thesis’s major study is the development and management of growing strategy in corporation managing process. In the content, it mentions the strategy growing models of a corporation. According to the resource basic theory, dynamic capability, transaction cost and the strength of social network resource, we can divide the models into three: (1) Hierarchy model of general expansion strategy, (2) Market model of merging through market mechanism, (3) Network relationship model by utilizing in-between organization relationship to develop non-marketed and non-leveled relationship. As a case of proconn, we have corporation growing strategy analysis to discuss how to make a corporation to keep growing step by step from grasping the good timing, accumulating strength and resource in dynamic competing industry to form the cycle of competence strength. After the discussion in this thesis, we present some observations found of corporation growing strategy. Keyword: growing strategy
