台灣兒童華語教材之漢字教學研究

A Teaching research on the characters of Chinese textbooks for children in Taiwan

摘要


隨著全球華語熱,愈來愈多父母選擇讓孩子從小開始學華語,然而「漢字」對於華語初學者來說仍是一大難題,本論文以台灣出版的華語文教材為研究樣本,從漢字教學理論的觀點出發,結合二語習得與認知發展理論,探討各教材在漢字教學上的特色。 目前已出版的兒童華語教材,每本規劃「漢字」教學的方式皆有所不同。本論文共探討7套台灣出版的兒童華語教材之漢字教學呈現方式,包括:《生活華語》、《遠東兒童中文》、《快樂學華語》、《Hello, 華語》、《小豆豆學華語》、《全新版華語》以及《學華語向前走》。 針對台灣出版的兒童華語教材,本論文採用「內容分析法」,以漢字教學的六大重點,包含:「筆劃」、「筆順」、「字源」、「部件」、「六書理論」與「易混字辨析」為分析主軸,探討台灣兒童華語教材的漢字教學呈現方式,透過整理分析並交叉比對後,提出對於台灣兒童華語教材漢字教學的建議,希望能作為未來編寫兒童華語教材的參考。

With the upsurge of Chinese learning all over the world, more and more parents choose Chinese learning from a young age for their children. However, “Chinese characters” is still a big problem for Chinese beginners. This study choose Chinese textbooks for children in Taiwan as research samples, adopts Chinese characters teaching theory and combined with second language acquisition theory and congnitive development theory to discuss the material design of Chinese characters in Chinese textbooks for children in Taiwan. There are different ways of teaching design on “Chinese characters”, this study discusses seven Chinese textbooks for children in Taiwan, including “Living Mandarin”, “My Chinese Book”, “Elementary Chinese”, “Hello Huayu”, “Little Bean Learns Chinese”, “Easy Chinese” and “Let’s Learn Chinese” on their teaching design for Chinese characters. This study adopts “Content Analysis” method and classified Chinese characters’ teaching method into six points, including “stroke”, “stroke sequence”, “etymology”, “othography”, “six categories of Chinese characters” and “confusable characters recognition”. Firstly, arranges the teaching design of Chinese characters in the Chinese textbooks. Secondly, rearranges and across validate them according to the six points. Finally, provides suggestions for material design on the teaching of Chinese characters. It is hoped that the suggestions could contribute to material design of Chinese textbooks for children in Tiawan.
