本研究旨在瞭解國小附設幼兒園主任正向領導與教保服務人員教學創新之間的關係。本研究對象為臺灣地區公立國小附設幼兒園現職教保服務人員,以分層隨機取樣的方式,發出問卷1125份,回收855份,整體回收率76%。問卷回收後分別以描述性統計、單因子變異數分析,以及結構方程模式等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員知覺主任正向領導現況達高度發展,其中以「建立正向關係」表現最佳。教保服務人員知覺教學創新具有中高度表現,其中以「教學內容的創新」表現最佳。擔任教保員對主任正向領導整體知覺較佳;幼兒園位於北區與東區者對整體園主任正向領導知覺較佳;服務年資26年以上對整體教學創新知覺較佳。國小附設幼兒園主任與教保服務人員教學創新之理論模式關係獲得支持。本研究依據結論建議幼兒園主任透過正向領導,進行正向策略,無論是環境氛圍的營造,和諧人際關係的建立,多元觀點的互動溝通,建構屬於幼兒園的教育理念,將可以進一步提升教保服務人員教學創新的表現。
The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of the positive leadership of directors of the kindergartens attached to the national primary school and teaching innovation of the staff of the kindergartens, and to explore the relevance of the above two. The research method is literature analysis and questionnaire survey. The research objects are education service staff of kindergartens attached to the National Primary School in Taiwan. The questionnaires were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics, single factor analysis, and structural equation models. The results of the study found that the current status of the kindergartens' teaching staff noticing the positive leadership of directors of the kindergartens were highly developed in the current situation, with the best performance in "establishing a positive relationship". The education service staff perceives a high level of performance in teaching innovation, among which "innovation of teaching content" is the best. As a teacher, the overall perception of the positive leadership of the director is better. The kindergartens in the North and Eastern Districts are better aware of the leadership of the overall positive leadership of the director. The perception of staffs working for more than 26 years old is better on the overall teaching innovation. The relationship between the kindergarten directors of the kindergartens attached to the national primary schools and the teaching model of the teaching staff is supported. Based on the conclusions of this study, it is suggested that the kindergarten director conduct a positive strategy through positive leadership on the creation of environmental atmosphere, the establishment of harmonious interpersonal relationship, the interactive communication of multiple perspectives, and the construction of educational concepts belonging to kindergartens, it will further enhance the education service and the performance of personnel's teaching innovation.
