三七及人參在中藥上有著舉足輕重的地位,他們有強身健體,預防疾病甚至是抗癌的功用,而能讓他們發揮這些功用是因為他們都有名為人參皂苷的成分。 人參皂苷是這兩種藥材中最重要的成分,因此萃取人參皂苷就是一項不可或缺的過程,現今有許多有關萃取人參皂苷進行分析的文獻,但在萃取動力學方面的探討卻不多,因此本篇論文將著重在三七及人參在萃取動力學上的研究,我們利用甲醇、乙醇、丙酮和水這些溶劑去比較人參皂苷在三七跟人參中的萃取差異,而且更進一步比較在五種不同濃度下的乙醇和丙酮對萃取的影響,最後以可見紫外光分光法定量,並根據平面片擴散模型進行擬合,利用得到的數據去計算出擴散係數及活化能等參數佐證實驗結果。
Panax notoginseng and Panax ginseng play an important role in chinese medicine. They have the functions of strengthening the body, preventing diseases and even fighting cancer. Ginsenosides are the major components of these two medicinal ma-terials. Therefore, how to extract ginsenosides from Panax notoginseng and Panax ginseng is an indispensable process. Nowadays, there are many literatures on extracting ginsenosides, but not many studies on diffusion kinetics. This paper focused on the diffusion kinetics of Panax notoginseng and Panax ginseng. We use different organic solvents and water to com-pare the extraction differences of ginsenosides in Panax notoginseng and Panax ginseng, and further compare the effect of organic solvents of dif-ferent concentrations on the extraction. Ginsenosides were quantified by visible ultraviolet spectroscopy and fitted according to the plane sheet diffusion formula. The data are used to calculate the diffusion coefficient, activation energy and other parameters to support the experimental results.
