新竹縣市國民小學分布式教學領導認同與實踐之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討新竹縣市國小教職員對分布式教學領導概念認同程度與實踐情形的現況與兩者之間的關係。研究中主要使用問卷調查法,針對新竹縣市不同規模之公立小學進行分層隨機抽樣,抽取59所國小、599位教職員進行研究調查,問卷回收有效樣本數為500份,問卷回收率約為83.5%。問卷回收之後透過描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、典型相關及簡單線性迴歸分析等統計方法進行數據分析,最後再依分析結果提出具體建議,以作為相關教育單位的施政參考。 本研究結果歸納如下: 一、新竹縣市國小教職員對分布式教學領導之認同程度具有中高度知覺,其中以「發展支持性的工作環境」知覺度最高,「發展教學任務與目標」知覺度最低。 二、新竹縣市國小教職員對分布式教學領導之實踐情形具有中到中高度知覺,其中以「增進學生學習氣氛」知覺度最高,「發展教學任務與目標」知覺度最低。 三、新竹縣市國小教職員對分布式教學領導之認同程度會因不同性別、現任職務、學校規模與學校地區而有所差異。 四、新竹縣市國小教職員對分布式教學領導之實踐情形會因不同教育程度、現任職務、服務年資、學校規模與學校地區而有所差異。 五、新竹縣市國小教職員於分布式教學領導各層面之認同與實踐之間具有顯著相關。 六、新竹縣市國小教職員分布式教學領導各層面之認同對實踐具有預測力。 關鍵字:分布式教學領導、認同、實踐、新竹縣市國民小學

The purpose of the study is to investigate the current status and the relationship between the identity and practice in distributed instructional leadership among elementary school teachers in Hsinchu county. The study is conducted adopting questionnaire survey. The valid sample of the questionnaire is 500, and the questionnaire recovery rate is about 83.5%. The collected data is analyzed by various statistical methods. Finally, specific suggestions are put forward based on the analysis results, which can be used as a reference for the administration of relevant education units. The results of the study are summarized as follows: 1. The degree of elementary school teachers’ identity in distributed instructional leadership reaches medium-high. The perception of “Developing a supportive working environment” is the highest, while that of “Developing teaching tasks and goals” is the lowest. 2. The degree of elementary school teachers’ practice in distributed instructional leadership reaches medium to medium-high. The perception of “Enhancing the learning atmosphere of students” is the highest, while that of “Developing teaching tasks and goals” is the lowest. 3. There is significant difference on gender, current position, school size and school area in elementary school teachers’ identity in distributed instructional leadership. 4. There is significant difference on education level, current position, length of service, school size and school area in elementary school teachers’ practice in distributed instructional leadership. 5. There is a significant correlation between the elementary school teachers’ identity and practice in all levels of distributed instructional leadership in Hsinchu county. 6. The elementary school teachers’ identity can be definitely predicted of the practice in all levels of distributed instructional leadership in Hsinchu county.
