教育4.0國民中小學教師專業成長智慧化指標建構之研究

摘要


本研究旨在建構教育4.0下國民中小學教師專業成長智慧化指標,為達研究目的,首先,藉由國內外相關文獻的整理與歸納,探究教育4.0國民中小學教師專業成長智慧化指標,進而初步建構智慧化指標。其次,藉由組成的德懷術專家小組共12位為研究對象,包括教育行政機關、專家學者、國民中小學實務人員等進行問卷調查,共實施二回合問卷,每回合參考其回饋意見檢視與修正後,建構出教育4.0國民中小學教師專業成長智慧化指標。   研究結果發現,教育4.0國民中小學教師專業成長智慧化指標具有時代性與價值性,依照構面指標、向度指標、細目指標之指標架構,包含專業知識、專業態度、專業技能等3個構面;以及素養智慧化、創新智慧化、行動智慧化、服務智慧化、合作經營智慧化、課程教學智慧化等6個向度指標;以下再分29個細目指標。最後,依據研究結果提出建議,俾供國民中小學、主管教育行政機關,以及後續相關研究之參考。

The aim of this study was to set appropriate and intelligent indicators for the professional growth of elementary and junior high school teachers under the “Education 4.0”. First, the relevant domestic and international literature was sorted through and summarized in order to understand which intelligent indicators best demonstrated the professional growth of elementary and junior high school teachers under Education 4.0., which formed the basis for the primary indicators developed herein. Second, a questionnaire survey was conducted by a group of 12 experts practicing Delphi technique, including those from educational administrative agencies and elementary and junior high schools. A total of two rounds of questionnaires were implemented, and after reviewing and correcting the feedback in each round, the intelligent indicators for the professional growth of elementary and junior high school teachers under Education 4.0 were constructed.   The study found that intelligent indicators for the professional growth of elementary and junior high school teachers under Education 4.0 could be valuable and should reflect the times. The index structure consisted of aspect indicators, dimensional indicators, and minor indicators. There were three aspect indicators: professional knowledge, professional attitude, and professional skills. There were also six dimensional indicators: intelligent literacy, intelligent innovation, intelligent action, intelligent service, intelligent cooperative operation, and intelligent curriculum teaching. The remainder were divided into twenty-nine minor indicators.   Finally, suggestions were made for the reference of elementary and junior high schools, competent educational administration, and further areas of research.
