空間描述為古典文學中常見的手法,古時文人墨客將情感寄託於書寫景物之中達到抒情之用,如今科技發達,當我們佇足於特色景點時,經常拍照留念、紀錄當下景色,憑藉所視景色與當下景點作結合,不單只存於記憶當中,也是當下情感與空間的連結。本研究利用手機與LINE,設計LINE對話機器人試題編寫系統,其目的為給予無論是否有程式背景之設計者使用;本研究以搭配實際場景圖片,透過問題引導與問答方式,使到訪者對場景產生情感與觸發書寫並紀錄下來,產生空間與個人情感的連結,最後本研究以文字雲的方式呈現表單內儲存資料。 本研究設計之LINE對話機器人試題編寫系統用以編輯題目與蒐集資料,並依序分為系統建置前、系統建置中與系統建置後等三個階段:建置前找尋使用平台與相關文獻,LINE對話機器人試題編寫系統運用GAS平台與結合LINE介面,並於系統建置後依照SUS易用性原則,制定相關項目對其進行使用者操作的檢測。根據本研究的SUS易用性分析顯示,表單式介面操作對使用者能有效降低對程式背景要求的門檻且較能專注於試題題目設定。試題編寫系統之研究成果提供使用者應答內容之蒐集方式,可供導覽、介紹、問答等用途。亦可搭配圖片、音訊或影音的其他資料形式,培養對空間美感的體察與提問能力,發展的對話機器人試題編寫介面可做為其他試題編寫介面設計的參考依據。
The description of space and scenery is the way found frequently in classical literature. The ancient writer and artists entrust to the scenery for sentimental expression. Nowadays the advanced technologies have been well developing. We often take some photographs as the souvenir when we can visit certain spots with features and record the scenery's beauty on site. The combination of what we see on-site and features present in the spots are saved in the memory and links the space's sentiment and space. The study takes advantage of mobile phones and LINE to design a LINE ChatBot test question-writing system, which is for the designer to use regardless of computer programming background. The study is executed with the scenario made up with the actual pictures/photographs taken on-site and also through the guiding with the question and Q&A to trigger the visitor's sentimental reaction and create the willingness to write down what they feel to create the linkage between the human sentiment and space. Finally, the presentation of the study is made by the form filled up with information through the word cloud. The LINE ChatBot test question-writing system is applied to topic compiling and information collection; three stages are divided into a sequence of before system installation, on-going system installation, and after system installation. Before system installation, to inquiry the available platform and related studies. LINE ChatBot test question-writing system applied GAS platform and combined with the interface of LINE. To create the corresponding rule of items and to test and inspect manipulation carried out by the user and based on the principle of SUS (System Usability Scale) after the system is installed. According to the outcome of the analysis of SUS on the study, the form type of manipulation interface can effectively reduce the prerequisite of being a programming background for the user and also bears more attention to the decision making on the test questions. The study of the test question compiling system can be provided to the user with a way of collection for the content of questions and answers, which can be applied to various purposes – for a guideline, introduction, and Q&A. It can also go with the picture, audio, video, or any other type of information, for cultivating the experience and question raising ability for the beauty of the space. The interface of the development of ChatBot test question-writing system can be the reference for the interface design of other test questions compiling system.
