汽車引擎廢熱驅動之吸收式冷氣(ARS)系統研究

摘要


全球暖化的問題越來越嚴重,現今已成為世界研究的重要課題,而暖化與能源利用之議題又是密不可分,尤其在這個油價高漲的時代,節能減碳變得比以往更加重要,故本實驗乃是利用引擎廢熱驅動吸收式冷氣系統(ARS),以達到廢熱回收且節省能源的目的。 本計畫使用汽車廢熱引擎為廢熱源,而汽車引擎其廢熱排放溫度可達 500℃-700℃以上,其特性若能結合吸收式冷氣(ARS)應用於廢熱回收可使能源更為節約,節省汽車燃油,並可降低排氣溫度。並配合實驗建立制冷系統參數,進行系統最佳化俾使系統效能提升,並建立汽車引擎廢熱ARS完整參數資料庫。 本計畫乃是結合汽車引擎與ARS系統,利用模擬引擎之高溫廢氣驅動ARS系統制冷,將會量測不同操作點下的工作特性,並建立性能曲線及資料庫。透過選配熱交換器,完成汽車引擎結合熱交換器之廢熱回收系統,接著針對其廢熱回收特性進行ARS之設計及模型建立,包括研究ARS的效率(COP),模擬不同環境下流體特性、流體濃度、流量等重要參數在此系統熱源條件下的性能表現,將吸收式冷氣進行參數最佳化 ,最終COP值可達0.46,系統製冷功率可達2kW以上。

The issue of global warming is getting more and more severe, and now it is of current interest in the world, including the issues of global warming and energy usage. Especially, in the high gasoline price today, it is much more important to reduce energy use and carbon than before. Thus, our project is to use the waste heat from car engines for driving absorption refrigeration system (ARS) to have waste heat recovery and energy saving. Our project use the waste heat of car engine exhaust which can reach 400℃-700℃. Therefore, if we can have car engines combined with ARS to use the heat recovery, we can reduce the use of energy and fuel. This project will establish a complete Car-ARS simulation and analysis system including COP parameters with experiments to correlate with test data. This project is to combine car engines with ARS. Using the high temperature of the engine exhaust, the output of cooling from ARS can be made. As a first step, with our car engine test facility in place, we need to obtain the simulated exhaust heat data at different operating points from the car engine in order to design a waste heat recovery system for the proposed ARS design. This will involve heat exchanger design and packaging. Secondly, we need to proceed to the ARS system with working fluid selection, fluid solution concentration design, mass flow rate calculations, and the whole system design. Finally, we will work with our participating company to work out the detail hardware selection, system design, and final packaging. Finally we estimate that the COP of ARS can be 0.46 and cooling capacity can be more than 2kW.
