技術扎根 - 如何使思益興公司達到永續經營

摘要


本論文首先將說明傳統錫焊產業與技術的現況與發展歷程,並以五力分析我司錫焊技術,以思益興科技公司及母廠C公司為例,說明企業所面臨的挑戰與未來策略,並非技術,而是”人”。 作者從事錫焊領域幾年的經驗,發現這是個被”遺忘”或是被"看輕"的領域,人們因為熟悉而忽略它;因為驕傲而看輕它,但超過四百年的時間,時至今日,錫焊問題依舊存在,沒人真正的去分析、了解問題的根本;即使有,他也被定位在體制外,被守舊派產業給拒之於門外。 母廠C公司成立於西元1988年,一路專精於錫焊技術與焊錫自動化,開發出來的技術完全顛覆焊錫四百年歷史以來的想法,在日本國內一直被排擠於焊接協會之外,但卻被日本各大汽車廠限制技術外移,所有日系車廠皆為其客戶並指定使用,直到強震後才開放此技術,思益興科技公司為其第一間國外代理商。 人才培訓與技術傳承逐漸成為C公司的問題,現今社會下青年不願付出時間成本學習技術,速成心態逐漸浮上日本社會檯面,衝擊下一個影響C公司永續經營的目標! 思益興科技公司成立於2014年2月,作者為此公司總經理,與日本技術母廠Cosmic合作已近五年,五年來一直負責日本以外的技術與業務問題,並定期遵循母廠技術指導受訓。 客戶既定印象與對品質的接受度成為思益興公司初步的問題,但至終技術依舊會使思益興公司可以成功接單,不過相對所需時間會比他人還長,由此說明技術可以領導一間企業處於不敗之地,如何縮短時間會是另一個關鍵!

I would like to describe soldering technical and industry at this moment .and I use porter five force analysis on our soldering technology .I use SYC international and our technical parent company “C” to be the model saying our business facing the challenge isn’t a “technical” , it is a “HUMAN” . I was working in this industry for few year , and I found this is oblivion and contempt area . soldering has been in the world almost 400 years . people know it , everybody thinks they understand it . but nobody really care about it . it makes the soldering problem is always exist until today . Parent company “C” was founded in 1988 , focus on soldering technical and automation soldering . they develop a technology totally overturn tradition soldering . in Japan , the soldering association crowd out them . but all of the Japanese automobile industry request them to stay this technology inside of japan . and assign to use this technical to production their cars . until the 311 earthquake happened , they agree to release this technical to oversea , and SYC international becomes a first agent for their oversea sales and technical support . Human training and technical heritage is getting to be a seriously problem for the “C” . the young guy in Japan always wants to get things quickly and not invest their time , labor to learn . this kindly of attitude is strongly pound Japan society . also affect “C” business . SYC international was founded on Feb. in 2014 . I am a GM of SYC . I cooperate with “C” for 5 years . I got technical training , sales training and even in charge their business oversea . Client’s image about soldering and quality is a big problem to SYC , but final client will follow our technical and purchase it . it take longer time than other business , but also explain why this technology and business can keep running forever . now the key point is how to make time shorter .
