以合作學習提高商科學生學習動機與學習成效之行動研究-以馬來西亞建興中學高一班為例

Action Research of Cooperative Learning on Enhancing Learning Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Business Students — A case study of Senior One Students in Kiang Hin Middle School, Malaysia

摘要


本研究旨在透過利用合作學習策略,探討學生學習動機及學習成效的改善情形。研究者採取行動研究的方式於研究者執教之「簿記與會計」學科,發展合作學習策略教學教案。研究對象為馬來西亞砂拉越詩巫建興中學高一班17位學生,進行9週,共10節的教學活動。 研究者蒐集與分析學生學習動機量表、合作學習狀況問卷,課堂觀察紀錄、訪談、教學省思札記等資料,以探究合作學習策略於「簿記與會計」學科實施後,學生學習動機及學習成效情況為何。本研究主要結論如下: 一、研究者在課程設計及行動研究能力的成長與省思。 二、合作學習策略實施後,學生的學習動機明顯提升。 三、合作學習策略實施後,學生學習成效上有所提升。 最後,根據研究結果,對教師教學、學生心態、課堂教學時間及未來後續研究提出具體的建議,以供未來有意實施合作學習策略及相關研究之參考。

The purpose of this study is to explore the motive and outcome of learning by business students by integrating cooperative learning in teaching. The researcher applies action research approach and teaches bookkeeping and accounts to develop the cooperative learning in teaching. There were 17 Senior One students from Kiang Hin Middle School, Sibu, Sarawak participating in this study for 9 weeks. By collecting and analyzing the data such as the table of students’ learning motive, questionnaires on cooperative learning, the record of classroom observation, interviewing and teaching’s reflection, in order to explore the outcomes of the students’ learning motive and effectiveness. There are three major findings of the study: 1. The researcher developed the skills and relection in design and planning of lesson teaching. 2. Cooperative learning had developed the motive of learning significantly. 3. Cooperative learning has enhanced the effectiveness of students in learning. Finally, according to the results of the research, any finding of the research on teaching of teacher, the mentality of students, duration of teaching and other recommendation on cooperative learning can be made for further studies.
