本研究在探討臺北某醫學中心在創新麻醉自費醫療項目「最適肌張力手術輔助處置」的發展,然而推廣成效不彰。因此運用質性研究方法訪談、觀察及問卷填寫共35位麻醉護理師探究其原因。依據分析結果以PDCA品質管理循環的計劃、實施、查核與檢討處置來確保目標的達成。 歸納其推廣成效不彰的原因,在於麻醉醫生反對與護理師的不合作,經由改變適應症與麻醉護理團隊的合作,順利推廣此麻醉自費醫療項目。
This study explored the innovative anesthesia program "optimal muscle tension assisted surgery procedure" of the medical center in Taipei but the promotion is ineffective. So the use of qualitative research methods interviews with observation and questionnaire to survey a total of 35 anesthesia nurses to explore its causes. Based on the analysis results, the PDCA quality management cycle is planned, did, checked and acted to ensure the achievement of the target. The reason why the promotion is ineffective is that anesthesia doctors are opposed to OMT and anesthesia nurses don’t cooperate. Anesthesia self-paid service was promoted successfully by changing the indication and creating anesthesia nurses teamwork.
