新竹縣國民中學體育教師專業知能的趨向

The Tendency of Physical Education Teachers' Professional Capacities for Junior High School in Hsinchu County

摘要


目的:探討新竹縣國民中學體育教師專業知能的趨向。研究方法:採用問卷調查法,根據有關的文獻分析,自編「新竹縣國民中學體育教師專業知能量表」,請專家學者建立內容效度並修正題項定稿後,發放預試問卷進行項目分析與信度分析(α=0.94),就分析結果修正後成為正式問卷。以新竹縣國民中學體育教師為研究對象,共發出100份問卷,回收率97%,有效樣本共89份。所得資料分別以敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe法進行事後比較。結果:新竹縣國民中學體育教師專業知能達高等程度(M=4.32)。新竹縣國民中學體育教師專業知能為滿41-50歲、健體相關科系畢業、碩士以上學歷、服務年資滿16-20年、專任體育教師者專業知能較佳;不同的背景變項(性別、年齡、教育背景、服務年資)在專業知能上無顯著差異,但最高學歷及擔任職務的不同背景變項在專業知能的課程規劃與設計面向上達顯著差異(p< .05)。結論:新竹縣國民中學體育教師專業知能達高等程度,體育教師在體育專業知能的程度愈高,在教育現場教學中,愈能提升學生的學習興趣與成效。

Purpose: On the tendency of PE teachers' professional capacities in Hsinchu County. Method: Self-draft the questionnaire of physical education teacher’ professional capacities in Hsinchu County. A total of eight invited experts and scholars to establish content validity and pre-trial questionnaire finalized. Corrected pre-test questionnaires, the project analysis, reliability, and validity analysis(α=0.94), revised, become a formal questionnaire. Hsinchu County junior high school physical education teachers as the subjects of study issued 100 questionnaires, the recovery rate of 97%, 89 valid samples. The statistical methods such as basic statistics, independent sample t test and one-way ANOVA. Result: Professional capacities needs to reach a higher level (M = 4.32). Full of` 41-50 years of age, health related departments’ graduate, master's degree or above, service age over 16-20 years, full-time physical education teachers who know better. Different background variables have significant differences in curriculum planning and design. There are no significant differences in the background capacities in terms of professional capacities demand, but the different background variables of the highest academic qualifications and duties are significant differences in the curriculum planning and design level of professional capacities (p<.05). Conclusions: The higher degree of professionalism of physical education teachers in physical education capacities, in the teaching of educational field, can enhance students' interest and performance.
