威勒米爾致冷器之系統模擬

摘要


摘 要 威勒米爾致冷器(Vuilleumier Cryocooler)亦遵循史特靈循環的原理而開發,然而主要不同在於是以熱壓縮機取代史特靈制冷器中機械式壓縮。而該致冷器運作主要分為動力輸出與致冷產生,利用工作流體壓力在封閉系統內的周期性變化,在冷卻端達到冷卻目的。本論文是近一步在威勒米爾致冷器於低溫區絕熱條件架構下,以數值方法模擬並考慮三個不同邊界條件包括:常溫熱源、高溫熱源固定,以及低溫絕熱區,探討該致冷器在低溫區中工作流體的致冷效應。 本文將能量方程式中造成溫度變化的各項因子分開處理,並期望得到穩定的數值分析,配合節點分析法模擬計算本研究致冷器內的循環現象,將該致冷器的工作空間切割為一系列的控制體積,推導出其相對應的方程式,並將其計算程式化,建立電腦計算程式探究低溫區間的溫降情形。

ABSTRACT A Vuilleumier cryocooler can be thought of as a Stirling engine working as a refrigerator with a thermal compressor instead of a mechanical compressor. The Vuilleumier cryocooler consists of two major sections; power input section and refrigeration section. It uses thermal energy at high trmperatures to generate cyclic pressure fluctuations. The pressure fluctuations are used to produce refrigeration at low temperature. This model decouples three processes that contribute to the temperature change in the energy equation and solves for the temperature change in each process respectively in order to get numerical stability. With Nodal Analysis Method calculate the phenomenon in the model. Dividing series of control volume in the system and creating computer program to analyze the performance of system. The analyzing result will be useful to design cryocooler element and calculate performance.
