人體經絡網路之基本結構研究

摘要


中國醫藥學歷史悠久,中醫是由臟腑、經絡、津液氣血理論為核心的醫學。其中經絡學說產生最早,隨著各國學者對經絡學說的認識不斷加深,並投入很大的人力物力進行研究,但這些年來圍繞在經絡研究的爭論仍然非常多。在全世界許多研究學者試圖解決中國針灸經絡的難題,但研究經絡學說的方法還是受限於臨床觀察研究、形態學研究(如:經絡現象和循經感傳的情況造成人體組織的變化)和實驗研究(如:皮膚電阻、電位檢測法、同位素示蹤法、循經聲信息檢測、光檢測法)。社會學家Albert和Barabási認為自然界中存在的大量複雜系統都可以通過網路加以描述,例如:Watts及Strogatz認為神經系統可以看作大量神經細胞通過神經纖維相互連接形成的網路,筆者經查大量文獻並無前人以網路的角度來看經絡系統,於是誘發筆者想建立一經絡網路系統。經絡系統錯綜複雜如果可以用網路來表達,它是一個怎麼樣的網路,經絡網路可能是個具有小世界現象的網路嘛?本研究運用網路分析觀點研究經絡網路,證實經絡網路是小世界網路,而其中瞳子髎和絲竹空是整個網路最重要的樞紐,藉由連結這二點,我門可以最有效率地聯絡整個網路。

The traditional Chinese medicine has a long history. It is comprised of theories about viscera and bowels, meridian (channels and vessels), and fluid, qi, and blood. Among these theories, the meridian theory was proposed first. Despite a better understanding of scholars in every nation about this theory and the dedication of human and material resources to related studies, there are still numerous arguments over the studies of meridian in recent years. Many researchers worldwide have attempted to solve the issues over Chinese acupuncture and meridian, but research methods are still limited to clinical observations, morphology (such as the impact of meridian phenomena and propagated sensation along channels on human tissues), and experiments (such as electrical skin resistance, voltage test, isotope tracing, detection of sound wave signals propagated along channels, and optical test). Sociologist Albert R, Barabasi A conceived that the large amounts of complicated systems in the nature can be described with the passage of networks. For instance, Watts D. J, Strogatz S H proposed that the neural system could be viewed as a network jointly formed through the passage of large amounts of neural cells to neural tissues. According to the literature review, so far, there is still no study focusing on the meridian system from this network-based perspective. Thus, the researcher attempted to establish a meridian network system. If the complicated meridian network is expressed as a network, what kind of network it is? Is it a network that has the small-world phenomenon? In this study, the network analysis perspective was applied to investigate the meridian network and empirically verify if the meridian network is a small-world network. It was discovered that Tongziliao and Sizhukong are the most important points in the entire network. By linking these two points, we could connect the entire network in the most efficient way.
