以動態知識本體論分析跨邊界之創業發展機會─以IC設計與數位內容個案為例

摘要


本研究主題是探討我國積體電路(IC)設計與數位內容產業之創業過程中對於機會確認,如何藉由跨邊界互補性知識補足知識缺口,發掘創業機會。在國際創業環境中跨邊界知識能幫助新創團隊發現許多創業機會,但所存在的風險相對高,創業團隊運籌帷幄掌握國際資源與知識,藉由結合跨邊界互補性知識發掘創業機會以提升創業價值。在IC設計公司與數位內容廠商創業的過程中伴隨著組織間知識的傳遞,以系統化、持續性地加以收集、管理、整合、學習與分享,以及有效的運用知識資源,而能有效地發掘機會。本研究以知識本體論為架構,透過兩種產業個案,深入瞭解個案公司之知識連結與運用、現有創業知識管理方式、知識資本與市場連結網路等,探討新創事業知識的組合能力和機會的辨識能力,及在技術創業過程當中,如何運用本身的知識資本以及連結跨邊界知識,創造新知識組合以在環境中發掘機會,確認市場定位並創造價值。

This research discusses the entrepreneurship process with regard to opportunity recognition in the industries of IC design and digital content. The key issue is how to bridge the knowledge gaps by means of cross-border complementary knowledge, and to create entrepreneurial opportunities. Entrepreneurial teams who make use of international resource and knowledge systematically can often boost the entrepreneurship value by integrating cross-border complementary knowledge. With the knowledge linkage among organizations across border, the systematic and continuous gathering, management, integration, and efficient use of various resources, in the IC design and digital content are constantly evolving in a dynamic fashion. Accordingly, this research constructs a dynamic framework of ontology for linking knowledge asset and market opportunities to create value.
