製造系統的績效評估

摘要


製造管理的意義是有效的利用資源,來製造出品質最佳、產量最多、成本最低的產品,才能獲得顧客的最大滿意度。所以優良的製造管理是確保產品高品質、高良率與高利潤的重要因素。本論文首先簡介台灣兩個重要的製造系統,也就是半導體製造業及筆記型電腦製造業。並探討評估績效指標的方法及重要製造系統的績效指標架構及決策分析的手法。 本研究利用兩個案例來說明製造管理實際運用的情況。案例一為四家晶圓製造廠所參與的績效管理評估系統,分別用AHP、Fuzzy AHP以及Fuzzy MADA來進行評估,希望能提供給晶圓製造業參考,進而了解晶圓製造產業的優勢與劣勢,以提昇公司管理之績效。案例二為評估七家筆記型電腦廠的製造管理績效。這兩個案例分別利用馬氏田口方法(Mahalanobis-Taguchi System),針對績效指標進行篩選來簡化AHP的層級架構,以找到完整而精簡的製造系統的績效指標架構,並驗證與先前的系統具有相同的鑑別力,最後提出結論與未來的研究方向。

Manufacturing management is aimed at efficiently utilizing resources to produce products with best quality and lowest cost at maximum output, so that customers will have optimum satisfaction. Excellent manufacturing management is an important factor to guarantee a high quality, high yield and high profit product. In this dissertation, two major manufacturing systems and their hierarchy of performance indices are introduced. The methods of performance evaluation and decision analysis are discussed. Lots of performance indices are applied to evaluate the effectiveness of manufacturing management. Is this study, two cases are presented to study practice of manufacturing management. The first case is a performance evaluation system involved by four wafer fabs, through an understanding of strength and weakness of wafer manufacturing, the companies can increased their manufacturing management performance. Three decision analysis methods are used to evaluate their performance, they are AHP、Fuzzy AHP and Fuzzy MADA. In the second case, the manufacturing performance of seven notebook computer factories are evaluated. Finally, Mahalanobis-Taguchi System is proposed to reduce the number of performance indices of the AHP hierarchy in order to simplify the performance evaluation, and we are going to verify that the simplified version of AHP hierarchies will have the same performance evaluation capability as before, then the final discussion and research suggestion are presented.
