摘要

本論文以一個真實的宏都拉斯公司為案例，探討如何將監視代理人的概念、資料探勘以及其他元件整合進公司的工作流程，以得到商務智能(Business Intelligence)，並以商務活動管理代理人實現此系統。

本系統將商務活動管理代理人應用在公司中諸如帳務、物流、存貨管理等主要流程，並透過協商代理人的技巧去與商家交涉，監控市場狀況以得到公司所需要的資訊。如此，公司便能對環境中的事件作出反應，藉此改進客戶服務，並在市場中保持領先地位。

One small and real company from Honduras is used in this paper in order to apply the monitoring agents concept, Data Mining and others components linked via workflow to produce business intelligence in terms of Business Activity Monitoring (BAM) agents.

It uses the BAM agents in the principal processes of this company like Billing, Accounts Receivable, Inventory and additional design for control and negotiation agent to deal with the sellers and keep tracking on the market in order to give this company the information needed for react according the events happening in its environments with the target to improve the service to the customers and to keep on the leadership in the market.
