核醫藥物是用來診斷、治療與預防重大疾病發生的一大利器。在所有的疾病診斷方法裡,核醫藥物具有早期診斷的高精確性,這對於疾病的治療及預後都有非常大的幫助。 本研究旨在分析台灣核醫藥物產業的前景,以及美、日、歐洲各先進國家的發展歷程,期使能對我國在核醫藥物產業發展上有所啟示。本研究為實證研究。首先,會廣泛地蒐集各式的文獻、報告、期刊、雜誌、報紙、新聞等作為資料的來源並將其整理、歸納。再以Porter的五力分析架構來了解國內核醫藥物產業的優勢、劣勢、機會與威脅,並依據Porter國家鑽石模型分析國內核醫藥物產業之競爭優勢形成的原因。最後再以上述結論為基礎,提出對台灣核醫藥物產業未來發展的建議。 建議如下: 國內核醫藥物產業未來的發展方向,近程應以提升技術水準、研製高品質產品、健全國內政策與法規、促進產學合作為主;遠程則以研發創新產品為主,以促進產業升級、增加市場競爭力。
Nuclear Medicine is a medical specialty that uses safe, painless, and cost-effective techniques. Nuclear medicine imaging procedures often identify abnormalities very early in the progression of a disease, long before some medical problems are apparent with other diagnostic tests. The purpose of this research is to find out the competitive advantage and disadvantage of Taiwan's nuclear medicine industry and then propose several methods that can improve the industry competitive position effectively. The research belongs to demonstrate analysis. And collect domestic and foreign relative references, including industry yearbooks, books, professional reports, journals, magazines and newspapers as the secondary data. In order to analyze these data, the research implements Porter's "structure of five competitive forces", and Porter's concept of crystal model of national competitive advantage to explore the competitive advantage of Taiwan's nuclear medicine industry in every aspect. Finally, the research presents conclusion and suggestions for Taiwan's nuclear medicine industry. The suggestions are: In the short-term period, Taiwan should raise the level of technology, complete the regulation, cooperation of the industry and schools. In the long-term period, Taiwan should focus on the innovation of new product, advance the level of the industry’s technology and increase the competence around the world.
