清大生技所譚博士團隊開發一種可以產生金屬銀奈米線的新製程T71,.對於此銀線的性質以及應用面一直是實驗室致力追求的. 對此奈米銀線作導電性的量測,可以確定為一條符合歐姆定律的導線且數據再現性很高.論文中我們藉由HPLC分離M22,分離出的PEAK.分別加入CH1.結果發現能生成線的PEAK分布在6.604 0.04及7.706 0.075.且產生的銀線較直接用M22產生的乾淨.提供了我們一種得到品質較佳銀線的方法,對於研究與生產都能提供更好的樣品.應用方面我們把銀線以及銅線作結合,藉由兩種不同直徑的金屬線期望能發展出微小探針 感測器.
Dr. Tan’s library develop a new method which can produce silver nanowire , Our research focus on the silver property and application. Measuring the silver nanowire’s conductance.We can prove the physical characters of this wire obey to the ohmic behavior. In the thesis we use HPLC to separate this M22 and collect 10 peaks. With adding CH1 , we find the peaks which can produce silver nanowire distributed in 6.604 0.04 and 7.706 0.075. The silver nanowires are cleaner than without HPLC treat. It provides us a method to get clean silver nanowires for research and product. In Application, we link the silver nanowire with micro copper wire.
