下肢輔具之撓性桿件的分析與設計

Analysis and Design of the Flexible Component of a Lower Limbs Orthosis

摘要


本研究推導出「平面自由曲線型之桿件」的撓曲位移與變動負載的關係式,並找出配合下肢彎曲運動的撓曲路徑及其桿件形狀。這些關係式可以用來設計符合下肢彎曲運動路徑的輔助桿件,該桿件將裝配到藉氣動式人工肌肉收縮使桿件彎曲及鬆弛後桿件回彈的作用來作動的下肢輔具上,期使老年人(尤其患退化性關節炎者)及運動傷害者於行走、上下坡(樓梯)與起身(坐到站)時,下肢在獲得輔助與矯正及達省力與復健之效果外尚可以得到舒適的感覺。

In this research, deflection-load relation of in-plane free-form curved rod is derived, and further obtains the path of deflection at each point of the curved rod, so as to design a suitable elastic curved rod assisting patients who have injured knees. The curved rod will be assembled to the lower-limbs assistant device. By retraction and relaxation of the air muscle, the curved rod will be bended and will spring back respectively. With the reaction and the guidance of the curved rod, patients who suffer from osteoarthritis or sports injury would easily walk, stand up (sit to stand), climb stairs and feel comfortable.
