摘要


本研究利用微機電製程,設計製作一種新型可定點藥物輸送功能之細胞晶片,晶片上包含有細胞儲槽、快速定點輸送流道、微電極、微吸孔…等元件,將原本需要許多實驗器材才能執行的細胞實驗,整合於一平方公分大小的細胞晶片上;其能夠將細胞陣列化的在晶片上執行培養、藥物輸送、電擊、觀測等多種功能,對於單一細胞體內的生物資訊能夠快速輸出、同步觀測。而本文也利用不同方式設計製作了各種特殊的邊界流道,在不影響觀察視野下,將液體快速輸送至目標區域,以增加實驗結果的準確性。

In this study, we develop a novel nano drug delivery system for single-cell chip, which includes cell culture cavities and nano fluid delivery channels for localized drug delivery onto single cell. In order to clear the observation path for optical microscope, single-cell was incubated on a transparent silicon nitride membrane, and drugs were delivered surrounding the cell from the nano channels underneath the membrane without the influence of observation. Chip fabrication and flow testing in the nano channel has been successfully carried out, and demonstrated a promising result on localized drug delivery for single cells.
