科技產業人力資源開發實務與薪資福利之探討

摘要


台灣科技產業帶動了台灣經濟高度成長,過去二十年來,特別是在全球科技產業供應鏈中,台灣具有舉足輕重的地位。 有趣的是,科技產業聚集了高端技術與管理人才,然而人力資源的穩定性卻一直是企業時時面對的難題。為了製程技術的持續創新與維持優勢的挑戰,企業在資源有限下推出的留才方案,往往是捉襟見肘,由於資源分配不均導致效果不彰,人才流失的問題始終是企業內部潛在的隱憂,特別是經濟規模較小的企業。 本研究係以企業在綜合資源不足的前提下出發,針對人力資源開發的實務、管理的演譯到探討薪酬福利制度,除提出研究架構外,並透過個案的描述予以佐證。研究結果將有助於企業人力資源部門管理現在與面對未來的參考。

In the past 20 years, Taiwan Technology Industry had influenced and increased Taiwan’s economic growth. Especially in global technology industry, Taiwan plays an important role in it. It’s interesting that technology industry has many talented technical people and also talented managers, however, high human turnover rate is always a problem in this industry. For protecting the innovated technology and compatibility, enterprise doesn’t have enough resource to provide good solution to keep talented employee stay. This kind of problem is especially serious in small and medium company. This research use case study to prove its research structure which is based on human resource development, management and compensation & benefit policy when enterprise has limited resources. The result can help enterprise’s human resource department to think broadly and deeply and improve the management in the future.
