不同材質運動機能緊身褲對人體下肢肌群之肌肉活化差異

Differences in Muscle Activation of Human Leg Muscles in Different Material Tights

摘要


目的::探討穿著不同材質運動緊身褲對人體下肢肌群的肌肉活化差異。方法:本研究參與者為12名成年男性(年齡: 22.1±2.6歲;身高: 177.4±5.2公分;體重: 72.3±6.2公斤),以單盲實驗設計,分別讓每位參與者穿著銅纖維運動緊身褲、聚酯纖維運動緊身褲與一般運動短褲,並以以DELSYS無線肌電圖測量儀(DelsysTrigno® Wireless EMGsystems, Boston, MA, USA, 2000 Hz)收取參與者下肢股直肌、股二頭肌、脛前肌與腓腸肌之肌肉活化參數,並以Bruce 跑步機流程表進行跑步至力竭實驗,並在跑步實驗前後進行人體下肢皮膚溫度量測,最後再以舒適度知覺量表統計參與者之差異。利用無線肌電測量儀內建軟體將肌電原始訊號處理過後,透過MVC肌電訊號標準化,以利與不同材質運動緊身褲比較;再以SPSS 18.0統計套裝軟體進行相依樣本單因子變異數分析,比較兩者之間的差異,顯著水準為α=.05。結果:穿著不同材質運動緊身褲對於人體下肢股直肌、股二頭肌與腓腸肌之肌肉活化有差異存在,而脛前肌之肌肉活化沒有差異存在。進一步經由LSD事後比較進行分析,結果顯示股直肌、股二頭肌與腓腸肌對於穿著三者不同材質運動褲皆有差異存在;而脛前肌對於穿著三者不同材質運動褲無差異存在。結論: 穿著運動緊身褲相較於沒有穿著運動緊身褲肌肉活化趨勢有較低的反應。經由LSD事後比較發現穿著銅纖維運動緊身褲的肌肉活化情形較低,聚酯纖維運動緊身褲為次低,而一般運動短褲較高,因此機能性紡織品對於肌肉活化方面有較低的趨勢。

Objective:Exploring activation differences of lower limbs muscles affected by wearing sports tights made by unlike materials is the purpose of the thesis. Method: Participants of the single-blind research experiment are adult male with age 22.1±2.6 years, height 177.4±5.2 cm, and weight 72.3±6.2 Kg, and each of them wore Afit nano copper fiber, polyester, and general sports shorts, respectively, to perform the run to exhaustion experiment by following the Bruce treadmill run-down procedure. Delsys Trigno® wireless EMG systems operating at 2000 Hz are used to fetch activation parameters of lower limbs muscles, especially, focusing on rectus femoris, biceps femoris muscle, tibialis anterior muscle, as well as gastrocnemius muscle. Skin temperature of lower limbs muscles are also measured at pretest-posttest designs for applying the comfort perception scale statistics to find the significant differences resulting from unlike wearings of participants. The original EMG signal after processing by the embedded software of the wireless EMG systems will be normalized by MVC (maximum voluntary muscle contraction) for comparison when participants wearing sports tights made by distinct materials. Single factor or one-way ANOVA (analysis of variance) on dependent samples with the significant level α<.05 is adopted in the experiment. Results: The least significant difference procedure (LSD) is conducted to find that three unlike material sports tights wearing by participants can result in significant activations differences on rectus femoris, biceps femoris muscle, and gastrocnemius muscle of the lower limbs. But activations of the tibialis anterior muscle are similar, so significant differences cannot be found. Conclusions: Muscle activation of lower limbs wearing sports tights tends to have a lower response than that without wearing them.
