從別人的需要上看見自己的責任一個志工的自我實踐對社會的影響

摘要


本研究旨在探討筆者在投入莫拉克風災重建工作的歷程中,如何「引善如流」,看見災區真實的需求,建立渠道,有效統整並持續引進資源,使涓滴資源匯聚成強大的力量支持災區小學逐步從一餐都不能少、一個都不能少,最後成功打造希望、重建小學。 因為《關懷生命獎》的肯定,筆者對社會責任的實踐由災區走進校園演講,希望透過與孩子的對話和分享,能夠將《關懷生命獎》的力量擴大---讓孩子勇於面對困境,進而肯定自我的生命價值,追求生命之美;藉分享帶來的感動給予孩子正向的人生觀,讓學生從根源上瞭解生命的價值,建立對生命的真正認識。 只有生命影響生命,讓生命感動生命,才能讓這個社會散播到處皆是愛的種子,影響更多的人投入公益,讓社會國家能共好共美。也因參與了災區重建的工作,對於偏鄉或山區的災害預防及處理,提出以下建議:一、接納環境的風險並與之共存;二、災害來臨時接受政府的撤離命令;三、日常部落的凝聚與集結。讓每位居民與民眾都產生防災意識,並能在遇到災害時,都能具備防災與避災能力,才可將生命及災損降到最低。 「撒一顆種子,讓希望發芽。築一座平臺,讓夢想飛翔。」筆者願意扮演撒種子、築平臺的推手,將這一份愛,散播到人間每一個角落。給每個幼苗一個善的觀念,一個恆心與毅力,讓他們在小的時候,拓展視野,除了考試與成績,人生還有很多事值得他們去探索。擔任志願服務工作,可以培養孩子悲天憫人的人文關懷,能體察到人與人、人與物、人與環境的關連,創造共好的生活環境。 關鍵詞:志工服務、莫拉克風災、自我實踐

The purpose of this study is to explore how the author “gathering the force of kind” in the process of Morakot’s disaster reconstruction work. Figuring out the real needs of the disaster area, establishing channels, effectively integrating and continuing the introduction of resources.The authors have pooled resources into a powerful strength supporting the primary schools in the disaster areas. Since from no meal less , to no one left behind, and finally successfully rebuild school. Because of the affirmation of the “Caring for Life Award”, the author's practice of social responsibility has come from the disaster area into the campus lectures. He hopes that through the dialogue and sharing with the children, the power of the “Caring for Life Award” can be expanded – allowing children to face the dilemma. It further affirms the value of the self's life and pursues the beauty of life; by giving the impression of sharing, it gives the child a positive outlook on life, allowing students to understand the value of life from their roots and build a true understanding of life. Only life affects life and makes life touched by life, so that this society can spread the seeds of love everywhere, affecting more people to participate in public welfare, and enabling the social and national countries to share in the common good. As a result of the work involved in the reconstruction of disaster areas, the following suggestions were made for the prevention and treatment of disasters in rural areas or mountainous areas: First, to accept and co-exist with environmental risks; Second, to receive government evacuations upon disasters;Third, Cohesion and assembly. Each resident and the public have the awareness of disaster prevention, and can meet the disaster prevention and disaster prevention capabilities in the event of a disaster, so as to minimize the loss of life and damage. “Sprinkle a seed and let hopes sprout. Build a platform and let dreams fly.” The author is willing to act as a promoter of seeding and building a platform to spread this love to every corner of the world. Each seedling has a good idea, a perseverance and perseverance, allowing them to broaden their horizons when they are young. Apart from examinations and achievements, there are still many things worthy of their exploration. As a voluntary service, you can cultivate children’s compassionate humanistic concerns and can understand the connections between people and people, people and things, and people, and create a good living environment.
