近年來,車載隨意網路受到廣泛地重視。因為車載隨意網路中提供許多服務和應用,主要包含了網路漫遊,網路電話,資料傳輸等等。由於車載隨意網路的拓樸變化速度很快,因此已經有相當多的無線網路協定都在探討與研究此議題。然而,來源端與目的端之間有著相當多的代傳車輛,因為車輛的行駛速度很快,所以當來源端傳輸封包時將會碰到路徑不連通的問題。在本篇論文中,提出了分散式的路由協定來建立來源端到目的端的封包傳輸路徑。在我們的路由協定包含車輛註冊,尋找目的端車輛的位置以及車輛與路邊裝置的換手機制。最後,模擬結果呈現本方法有較低的負載和較高的封包傳輸效能。
Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs) have received considerable attention in recent years. VANETs provide many services and applications such as Internet access, Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and information dissemination. Due to dynamic changes in the network topologies, various routing protocols have been studied in the vehicular environments. However, the communications between source and destination vehicles involve many intermediate vehicles, and due to the high mobility of vehicles these communications links can become disconnected. In this thesis, we propose a distributed routing protocol in VANETs with the help of roadside units (RSUs). The proposed scheme includes vehicle registration, finding the location of destination vehicle and the handover maintenance. The simulation results show that our proposed protocol is suitable for vehicles communications in VANETs.
