近年來交通安全一直是政府的重要議題,如何能讓交通事故降到最低也是各個國家正在探討的研究議題。其中根據研究資料顯示車禍最大宗為追撞。所以此論文用加速度計來當作前端煞車感測,利用加速度計輸出訊號設計一個避免追撞的緊急煞車系統顯示系統,降低後方車輛因前方緊急煞車而煞車不及撞上的車禍。在整個系統中,系統電路是主要設計的部分,晶片是透過國家晶片設計中心,以TSMC 1P4M 0.35μm CMOS標準製程來完成,整個電路包括比較器 (comparator)、訊號產生器(signal generator)、LED驅動電路(LED driver)。比較器(comparator)用來判斷加速度計是否已達到緊急煞車的訊號。訊號產生器(signal generator)產生一個5Hz的低頻率震盪,主要讓LED能有5Hz頻率的閃爍。LED驅動電路(LED driver)驅動LED之外也提供一個大電流讓LED產生高亮度的紅光以警示後方車輛。
Recently, traffic safety is an important issue for the governments around the world that also investigate how to minimize the risk of traffic accident. According to NTHSA research, the majority of car crash is rear-end collision. This study provides a system to detect emergency braking and warns the rear vehicle at the same time. This study emphasizes on the circuit system design which includes a comparator, a signal generator, and a LED driver. The designed circuit has been fabricated by TSMC 1P4M 0.35μm CMOS standard process. The emergency signal from g-sensor is detected by comparator. Using signal generator to create a 5Hz oscillation makes LED flash at 5Hz. Finally, LED driver not only driving LED but also providing a high current which lets LED have high brightness to warn rear vehicle.
