磁性聯軸器應用於減振之可行性分析

摘要


摘要 本研究之目的為設計一種軸向型磁性聯軸器,其應用為降低因驅動側受到外在環境干擾,而影響到被驅動側之傳動特性;亦即,該磁性聯軸器需具備較佳之側向振動隔離功能。文中首先探討機械式聯軸器與磁性聯軸器間的特性差異,接著以磁荷法的解析方式導出磁性聯軸器偏位時,被驅動側之傳動特性,經由理論的推導看出趨勢,並利用電磁模擬分析軟體Ansoft/Maxwell 3D計算出更精確的數值,再與實驗結果比較。 本論文中設計的軸向型磁性聯軸器除能滿足隔離側向振動之功能外,並有磁鐵固定結構之創新,即利用不鏽鋼板將磁鐵固定於溝槽內,取代以往將磁鐵與導磁材料之結合固定方式,克服磁鐵容易被對面磁鐵吸引而造成鬆動的缺點。架設所需的實驗設備後,對新設計之軸向型磁性聯軸器進行實驗,以瞭解各種偏位量對偏位力之影響,並與分析軟體之模擬結果進行對照,可以確定分析模型的正確性。
