摘要


於本篇論文中,本人發展一個製備具有DNA切割能力及作為抗癌前驅藥物之新型有機白金化合物的路徑。此外,本人亦探討利用紫外光照射白金化合物之方式對phiX 174 RFI去氧核醣核酸造成單股切割之效果。其中具有羧酸官能基之化合物10預期未來將有更多的研究與發展。

A synthetic pathway of new organoplatinum complex as anti-cancer prodrugs with DNA-cleaving ability was developed. On the other hand, we investigated the single-strand scission of phiX 174 RFI DNA by irradiated platinum complexes with UV light. Furthermore, the platinum complex 10 with carboxylic acid was expected for more study in the future.
