在台灣的製造業已相當發達,各廠商為提高產能,皆不斷地投資擴充廠房,並架設多條生產線。在產量增加及客戶要求的嚴苛條件下,若還用人工表單與人員視察對生產現場之管理,勢必無法滿足。而且大量生產的時代已不復見,如今的生產型態,隨著消費者的個人需求急速變化,產品少量多樣已成為生產的趨勢。因此,案例公司因應市場趨勢,藉由導入「廠區資訊整合系統」的功能,以解決生產管理問題、並提升生產效率、改善生產人為疏失的品質抱怨、增加客戶的滿意度。 本研究以個案公司導入「廠區資訊整合系統」為例,藉由文獻探討、案例公司介紹與產業分析、及案例公司導入實證等等方面做探討,經由案例公司執行「廠區資訊整合系統」與搭配條碼辨識技術後,本研究結論有以下五點:1.增加生產資訊透明化、2.建立製程即時檢核 (Real Time Checking)機制、3.改善維修效率、4.提升產能降低生產成本、5.建立生產履歷提昇客戶滿意度及提供相關產業導入系統時的參考。
In Taiwan's manufacturing industry has well-developed, to manufacturers to provide more capacity, are continuously expanding investment in plant and set up more production lines. An increase in production and customer requirements of the strict conditions, even if artificial form of production and inspection personnel at the scene of management will not be able to meet. And the era of mass production no longer, today's production patterns, with the consumer's individual needs rapid change, a small number of diversified products have become the trend of production. Therefore, the case companies in response to market trends, by importing "Shop Floor Integrated System, SFIS" functions, to address the problem of production management, and enhance production efficiency, improve production of quality human error complain, to increase customer satisfaction. In this research, the company imported cases "Shop Floor Integrated System, SFIS" for example, through literature review, case company and industry analysis, and the case into evidence the company has done on and so on, through the Executive Case "Shop Floor Integrated System, SFIS" and with Barcode identification technology, the conclusions of this study are the following five points: 1. To increase the production of information transparency, 2. The establishment of the real time checking in process, 3. Improve the efficiency of Repair station, 4. Improve productivity to reduce production Cost, 5. To build production resumes enhance customer satisfaction and the provision of related industries into the system for reference.
