The Design of Search Experience for a Virtual Community

Today, the internet is full of information. The amount of information on the internet exceeded users' need, and it will be the burden when the user wants to find the problem. The burden will also make the user dislike the virtual community he/she searched from. Therefore, how to provide user a good search experience will be an important issue for virtual community to live on. In this study, we provided an analytical framework of search experience, which affect users' sense of virtual community, for measuring search system, and we also created an expert-based system tested by search experience framework for knowing the advantage of expert-based system. In addition, we expect that the search experience framework will be the foundation for virtual community's operators to build their search system.
