國中生知覺體育教師轉型領導與學生自我決定動機之關係

The Relationship between Students’ Perception of Physical Education Teachers’ Transformation Leadership and Students’ Self-determination Motivation

摘要


本研究主要目的在於瞭解國中生知覺體育教師轉型領導行為與學生其自我決定動機之關係,以體育教師的轉型領導行為與學生的自我決定動機型態作探討。以新竹市東區某國中為施測對象,共268位為研究對象,使用測量工具為「體育教師轉型領導量表量表」與「學生自我決定動機量表」。所得資料以描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關、單因子變異數及迴歸歸進行分析。研究結果顯示,體育教師轉型領導行為與學生的內在動機、整合調節、認同調節、內射調節有正相關存在,與學生的無動機有負相關存在。在不同性別中,內在動機、整合調節、認同調節、內射調節為有差異;在不同年級中,轉型領導、認同調節為有差異。轉型領導對學生的內在動機、整合調節、認同調節、內射調節為正向預測效果,對學生的無動機為負向預測效果。根據研究結果,發現研究假設大都獲得支持,顯示體育教師轉型領導行為能提升學生其自我決定動機。

The main purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between students’ perception of physical education teachers’ transformation leadership and students’ self-determination motivation. The object of this research was 268 students in Hsinchu East District Junior High School, and the measurement tools were the “Physical Education Teacher Transformation Leadership Scale” and “the Student Self-Determined Motivation Scale”. The obtained data were analyzed by Descriptive statistics, Pearson’s Correlation, one-way ANOVA and Multiple regression. The research results show that there is a positive correlation between the transformational leadership behaviors of physical education teachers and students 'intrinsic motivation, integrated regulation, identified regulation, and introjected regulation, and there is a negative correlation with students' unmotivation. In different gender, there are differences in intrinsic motivation, integrated regulation, identified regulation, and introjected regulation; transformational leadership and identified regulation has different effects in different grade. Transformational leadership has a positive predictive effect on students' internal motivation, integration adjustment, identification adjustment, and injective adjustment, and a student's unmotivation has a negative prediction effect. According to the results of the study, it was found that most of the research hypotheses were supported, showing the relationship between junior high school students' perceived physical education teacher's transformational leadership behavior and students' self-determination motivation, and the physical education teacher's transformational leadership behavior can improve students' self-determination motivation.
