The aim of this study is to investigate the correlation between the support from supervisors and work involvement of school sports coaches, and to explore the mediation of happiness. The questionnaire was distributed to leading coaches of school sports team in Taiwan. 200 questionnaires were issued and 193 were valid. The data were statistically analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multilevel hierarchical regression analysis. Results show that: 1. Positive correlation is found between support from supervisors and work involvement. 2. Positive correlation is found between support from supervisors and happiness. 3. Positive correlation is found between happiness and work involvement. 4. Work involvement has great impact on support from supervisors and happiness .Based on the results of this study, discussions and suggestions for the school and its future policies are proposed.
