利用有限單元法分析疊層板中邊緣開口之應力分析

摘要


本文研究之目的在於探討含邊緣開口之三維疊層板,在無窮遠處 承受單軸向拉伸應力時,利用有限單元分析軟體『ANSYS』探討疊層 板在開口半徑不同情況下應力集中之情形。 首先,進行修正型疊層板自由端模型以及無缺口三維疊層板之間結果 的比較,驗證三維疊層板之合理性。進而考慮含邊緣開口之三維疊層 板在彈性範圍內其應力集中現象。本文發現在堆疊形式為[0 / 90]s 的應力集中因子最大值會發生在纖維走向與施力方向夾角為 0°層的層 板處;堆疊形式為[45/-45]s的應力集中因子最大值則發生在兩疊層 之間。
