風力壓縮空氣系統之最佳化

Optimization of a Pneumatic Wind Energy System

摘要


本研究目的在於量測出一由蕭德瑛等人發明之「風力壓縮空氣儲能系統」之整體效率,並設計一套控制系統,可藉由偵測環境風速及系統現況,以最佳模式控制變速器以及離合器。同時針對高壓時空壓機汽缸漏氣情況,以液壓之概念提出一新子系統,以提升系統整體效率。本研究先就各子系統做概略說明,並建立量測整體效率之平台,接著對控制系統之架構做詳細說明,最後介紹新導入之液壓系統架構及運作方式。

The purpose of this research is to determine the efficiency of the “Pneumatic Wind Energy System”, which was invented by Dein SHAW and other people, under various conditions and design a control system. The system is able to control the gear ratio of CVT and the switch of clutch according to the environmental wind speed and the situation of the whole system. And to solve the problem of gas leakage, which happened when air compressor operating under high pressure, proposing an idea of hydraulic subsystem to improve the efficiency of the whole system. The thesis starts from introducing subsystems of the “Pneumatic Wind Energy System” and the way of measuring efficiency. Then explain the logic and operation principle of the control system. Finally introduce the new hydraulic subsystem and its operation principle.
