摘要

永續發展的全球議題提升大眾對於環境保護的關注度，並使得企業綠色供應鏈強調需求面之考量。這個轉變使得供應鏈流程納入市場需求、交易成本與體制壓力之因素。本研究以需求導向之綠色供應鏈為主軸，試圖釐清交易成本與體制壓力對實施過程影響與績效，以提升企業執行綠色供應鏈之意願與改善依據。

本研究以科技產業個案為例，檢驗個別階段企業綠色實務作為，透過綠色需求中主要交易成本與體制壓力的變數，評估企業現況進行改善，然後藉由交易成本與體制壓力分析對綠色實務績效之影響。綜合文獻與個案分析，本研究提出綠色需求導向交易成本與體制壓力對企業供應鏈績效影響之架構。

The global concerns on sustainable development enhance the public's attention to environmental protection and make the technology-based companies to emphasize customer demand orientation in their green supply chain initiatives. This change makes the supply chain initiatives to consider market demands, transaction costs and institutional pressures. This study tried to clarify the influence of the key factors in transactions costs and institutional pressures on the green supply chain performance toward motivating and improving green supply chain effort. This study uses four technology firms as case study examples to examine current green supply chain practices with a view to assess the key mediating influences of demand-oriented transactions costs and institutional pressures on green supply chain performance and the impacts on companies’ green initiatives and practices. Finally, based on the literature and the case analysis, this study proposed a framework for assessing the impacts of green demand-oriented transaction cost & institutional pressure on supply chain performance.
