中文摘要 市面上自動對焦功能的手機多以數位對焦為主,即使去年開始有光學對焦的手機問世,由於價格昂貴,目前尚未普及化。法國Varioptic公司在2008年發表新型變焦液體透鏡,不同於傳統馬達式移動鏡組,此液態透鏡只需電壓控制,在無鏡組移動的情況下,達到自動對焦的功能,維持成像品質。本論文提供一種新的模擬方法,利用CCL程式寫入OSLO軟體中,建立動態式的液態透鏡模型,且搭配傳統透鏡後,成功設計出三百萬畫素手機鏡頭,規格為F/3.6、HFOV=±31°、系統焦距範圍4.78~4.62mm,並模擬任何物距( 10cm ~ 無窮遠 )下,連續自動對焦以維持成像品質的手機鏡頭。
Abstract Most of the Camera Phone are using digital auto-focus.Even if the Camera Phone with optical auto-focus function has been out on the market,it is too expensive to popularize.Varioptic announced that they invented a new device named liquid lens having optical auto-focus function.Different from the traditional method to move lens module by VCM,liquid lens is driven by voltage-control.We can achieve auto-focus to maintain image quality without moving lens module.We provide a new simulating method with CCL programming by OSLO to build a dynamic liquid lens model.Combined liquid lens model with fixed lens,we successfully design 3MP Mobile Phone,F/3.6、HFOV=±31°、Focal Length is 4.78~4.62mm.In any different distances ( 10cm ~ Infinite ) of object,we can maintain image quality by continuous auto-focus
