在中國政府政策大力扶持下,大陸作為世界工廠角色持續加溫,在地供應零組件成為廣大的內需市場必要條件,但兩岸經營環境、模式截然不同。一家台灣中小企業特殊光源代理商進入中國市場,面對不同商業環境該採取怎樣經營策略?才能保有競爭優勢。由於近年台灣半導體產業新的擴廠計畫主要針對高階製程演進,對特殊光源曝光燈需求並沒有太大提升,再加上面板產業投資停滯,未有大幅擴廠計畫。 反觀中國大陸;近期推出10年總規模五千億人民幣的產業基金,打造半導體上、中、下游產業,另外面板產業更是積極,根據DisplaySearch 資料;中國至2016年可能有16座新的面板工廠投入生產。對於特殊光源代理商在台灣經營26年的經驗,瞭解高庫存、高應收帳款是特殊光源經在台營運模式的常態。這種生態的發展,特殊光源代理商為保有、甚至擴大市場市場佔有率,必須面對經營環境的變遷,台灣中小企業不得不面對大陸市場的挑戰。 本研究思索未來五年特殊光源代理商在大陸發展,面對特殊光源可能之經營模式高庫存、高應收帳款挑戰,當資金以直接或間接的方式注入大陸子公司後,有幾個經營策略可供選擇,考慮到外商獨資經營企業、中外合資經營企業、中外合作經營企業等市場進入模式,研究經營策略的探討將分別以投資法令、資金、企業文化等不同構面分析進入模式,屆以此研究為公司未來發展選擇較佳經營策略。
