探討4G/5G行動通信系統科技應用成功關鍵因素

摘要


本研究主要係針對影響顧客採用4G/5G行動通信系統及科技應用產品意願的關鍵因素,尋找相關的文獻並加以探討、再配合架構模型的建立、假設及變項的定義、調查問卷設計及回收調查問卷整理過濾無效問卷,再利用SPSS 20.0版本統計軟體進行信度、效度以及變相的統計分析、相關性、顯著性、T檢定等程序,將實證結果與原先的假設作一比對,再將最後結果整理,以供學術界、實務界參考並對行動通信業者提出建言。而文獻探討部分包括理性行動理論(TRA)、計劃性行為理論(TPB)以及創新擴散理論(IDT)等,再加上參考科技接受模型(TMA),以及探討我國行動通信系統從類比式進入到數位式、由窄頻進入到寬頻,4G系統甚至為了增加頻寬進而有所謂將900MHz、1800MHz、2100MHz、2600MHz等等頻段的3CA、4CA、5CA之載波聚合技術的演進。在技術方面隨著行動通信系統硬體體積的縮小及模組化的技術演進,將來朝4G/5G共用硬體平台,再透過所謂的SDN軟體定義網路技術更增加了行動通信業者建設與維運的快速及方便性。而在科技應用產品方面包括:雲端服務系統、虛擬實境VR/擴增實境AR/混合實境MR三種實境、大數據、物聯網、人工智慧、空拍/無人載具、自駕車系統等,最終目的則希望透過問卷調查及統計分析,發現未來5G行動通信系統及科技產品的商機,換言之,儘早從問卷調查研究結論中去發現其潛在的顧客以作為未來5G設備及研發的科技產品之行銷策略提供行動通信業者參考。

This study focuses on the key factors affecting customers' willingness to adopt 4G/5G mobile communication systems and technology applications, find relevant literature and explore them, and then cooperate with the establishment of framework models, definitions of assumptions and variables, questionnaire design and recycling. The questionnaires were used to filter and invalidate the questionnaires, and the SPSS 20.0 version of the statistical software was used to perform reliability, validity, and disguised statistical analysis, correlation, significance, T-test, etc., and the empirical results were compared with the original hypothesis. The final results will be collated for reference by academics and practitioners and suggestions will be made for mobile communication operators. The literature discussion includes Rational Action Theory (TRA), Planned Behavior Theory (TPB), and Innovation Diffusion Theory (IDT), plus the Reference Technology Acceptance Model (TMA), and the exploration of China's mobile communication systems from analog to digital. From narrowband to wideband, 4G systems even have the so-called carrier aggregation technology of 3CA, 4CA, 5CA in the frequency bands of 900MHz, 1800MHz, 2100MHz, 2600MHz, etc. in order to increase the bandwidth. In terms of technology, with the reduction of the hardware volume of mobile communication systems and the evolution of modular technology, the future will share the hardware platform with 4G/5G , and then the network technology of the so-called SDN software will increase the construction and maintenance of mobile communication operators. Fast and convenient. In terms of technology applications, including: cloud service system, virtual reality, VR/augmented reality, AR/hybrid reality ,MR etc three realities, big data, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, aerial/unmanned vehicles, self-driving system Etc. The ultimate goal is to find out the business opportunities of future 5G mobile communication systems and technology products through questionnaires and statistical analysis. As early as possible, we can find out the potential customers to provide a reference for mobile communication companies as a marketing strategy for future 5G devices and R&D technology products.
