桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員感覺統合認知與教學效能關係之研究

A Study of the Relationship between Cognition of Sensory Integration and Teaching Efficacy for the Educare Givers in the Affiliated Kindergarten of Public Elementary Schools in Taoyuan City

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員感覺統合認知與教學效能關係之研究,研究方法採問卷調查法,以桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員為研究對象,採普查方式進行調查,共發出703份問卷,回收之問卷共575份,有效問卷為575份,可用率為100%。使用工具為自編之「桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員感覺統合認知與教學效能問卷」,所得資料以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸進行分析。 綜合文獻探討及研究調查結果,本研究獲得之結論如下: 一、桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員感覺統合認知了解情形答對率為67%;感覺統合認知三個構面得分中,第一高分為第三個構面「感覺統合在早期療育的運作結果」,其次為第二個構面「感覺統合活動運用」,得分最低為第一個構面「感覺統合理論與發展」,認知程度雖有超過60%,仍對感覺統合認知有不足的部分。 二、桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員教學效能表現優良。 三、不同背景變項之桃園市地區教保服務人員之感覺統合認知有差異,而在不同性別、年齡無顯著差異。 四、不同背景變項之桃園市地區教保服務人員之教學效能有差異,而在不同性別無顯著差異。 五、桃園市地區公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員感覺統合認知與教學效能間具有中高程度之正相關。 六、桃園市公立國小附設幼兒園教保服務人員感覺統合認知對教學效能五個構面之預測力約在53%到65%之間。 最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供幼兒教育行政機關、園長或園主任、幼教師與教保服務人員,以及後續研究者參考。

This research aims to explore the relationship between sensory integration cognition and teaching efficacy for the Educare Givers in the Affiliated Preschool of Public Elementary Schools in Taoyuan City. The research method is based on questionnaires. The research object is the education and protection services in kindergartens attached to Taoyuan public elementary schools. A total of 703 questionnaires were sent out and a total of 575 questionnaires were returned. The valid questionnaires were 575, and the availability rate was 81%. The tool used is the self-compiled "Taoyuan City Public Elementary School Attached Kindergarten Education and Health Service Staff Sensory Integration Cognition and Teaching Effectiveness Questionnaire". The data obtained is based on descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, multiple regression analysis were carried out. The conclusions of the study were summarized as below: 1.The response rate of sensory integration cognition and understanding situation of the education and health care service staff in the public elementary school attached to Taoyuan City is 67%; the score of the three aspects of sensory integration cognition, the first one is divided into the second aspect "The operation result of sensory integration in the early treatment", and the second is It is the third dimension "sensory integration activity application", and the lowest score is the first dimension "Theory and development of sensory integration" , Although the cognitive level is over 60%, there is still a deficiency in the sensory integration cognition. 2. Taoyuan City Public Elementary School's affiliated kindergarten education and protection service staff performed well in teaching efficacy. 3. There was a difference in the perception of unity among the staff in the Taoyuan City district with different background variables, but there was no significant difference between the genders, but there is no significant difference in different genders. 4. Differences in the teaching efficacy of the teaching and learning staff in Taoyuan City District with different background variables, but there is no significant difference in different genders and ages. 5. A moderate to high correlation between perceived integrated cognition and teaching efficacy among kindergarten staff in public elementary schools in Taoyuan City. 6. The predictive power of the five components of teaching efficacy as perceived by the teaching staff of public elementary school-affiliated nursery schools in Taoyuan City ranged from 53% to 65%. Finally, based on the above findings, this study proposes relevant recommendations for educational administrations, kindergarten directors or principals, early childhood teachers and providers, and subsequent researchers.
