住宅型態與生活場域之變遷—以臺北市南機場公寓為例

摘要

隨著城市現代化，舊社區的存在也跟著國家政策而汰舊換新，然而改變的執行過程中，場域的文化與歷史更具意義。空間因集結而匯聚、形成，而其中的變遷過程是具保存意義的，對場所之認同感、歸屬感的形成，更為本文主要的動機。因此將探討空間與人之間的鏈結與關聯性、以及情感和空間的依附，進而做社區住宅型態與生活場域的分析。因應都市發展並提升城市競爭力，更新舊社區之必要性的實踐，對於市容而言為正向發展，但另一方面，存在的空間意義卻也有許多獨立的個案值得分析探討。為此，本文將以深耕臺北市半世紀的「南機場社區」做為研究範圍，以田野調查法、深度訪談法以及圖像分析法，將居民與社區的身體空間經驗，做進一步的論述。由於人類發展，在一個場域生活、互動，必然會留下生活經驗與軌跡，人們也慣性的以這些經驗行走於該空間，生活方式必然具有某些潛在的模式。因而嘗試探討實際的空間分析與歷史意義，透過資料文獻，陳述「南機場公寓」之場域變遷的價值，奠定更深刻的意涵。

The significance and culture is the most important things about old residential when the living place changing. How to preserve the cultural and construct the identity, sense of belonging of the place is a motivation for this study. So this study try to discuss the relationship, emotion, place attachment, between human beings and environment. South Airport Public Housing locate in Taipei city over the last five decades, but the meaning behind urban development is such worthy of discussion. So the purpose of this study describes it, through field research, interviewing, and image analysis. Attempt to discover the bodily experiences. Life traces always happen of human development, therefore there must be the lifestyle, inertial of body take place in it. That is the reason why we talk through the meaning between the place and the history of the South Airport Public Housing's transformation.
