因應全球化競爭,協助製造業升級轉型勢在必行,全球各國紛紛思考如何帶動國內製造業轉型,德國是工業製造大國,於2012年提出「工業4.0」計畫,我國為了維持在國際間競爭力、提升產業生產力也提出了「生產力4.0」,欲以物聯網、大數據分析、智慧機器人為主提升產業優勢,推動我國產業朝向智慧型工廠、智能化設備以及虛實整合提升整體產業結構,成為全球生產製造供應鏈的關鍵地位,同時以因應未來勞動人口減少的挑戰。以模具產業為例,模具素有「工業之母」之稱,塑膠射出成型生產所橫跨的領域甚廣,從模具設計、模具製造至射出成型,但一般公司皆侷限於單一領域生產缺乏三方整合系統,無法達成「生產力4.0」之標準。因此本研究欲將設計一個資訊視覺化介面,並將資訊能全數整合且能透明化,最終使得資料視覺化,再透過關聯辨識以及差異辨識將資料轉換為圖表、影像,欲將原先雜亂無章的資料讓人可較容易理解,使得三方使用者能相互交換資訊、相互溝通,減少虛實落差。
In order to cope with the global competition, it is necessary to help the manufacturers to level up and transform their systems of manufacturing. Most countries all over the world are trying their best to persuade their domestic manufacturers to transform their manufacturing. Germany is a big country of industrial manufacturing. It initiated the plan of “Industry 4.0” in 2012. Our country initiated Taiwan Productivity 4.0 to maintain our international competition capacity. We shall try to raise our productive superiority mainly in the fields of Internet of Things, Big data Analysis and intelligent robots. We shall try to improve factories and equipment of intelligent type, and apply Cyber-Physical System to promote the total productive structures. With all these efforts, we hope that we can become a key position of the world wide chain of manufacture and supply, and that we shall be able to overcome the challenge of the problem of the shortage of laborers. Let us take the mold industry for example. The mold is said to be the essentials of industry. The manufacture of the injection molding of plastics covers very wide fields, including the design and the manufacture of the mold, and injection. But a single regular company is always limited only in one field. It doesn’t combine all three fields together into a complete system to reach the standard of Taiwan Productivity 4.0. Therefore, this study intends to design a visual interface of information to combine all pieces of information together and make them completely available. Finally, this study intends to make all the information visual, and apply the Relational Identification and Identification of Differences to transform all the information into diagrams and visions. Then, all the complicated and messy information will be easy to understand. The three fields shall exchange information and associate with one another to secure Cyber-Physical System.
