摘要


在本論文中將會提出一個新的一階電壓式全通濾波器,此電路使用一個第二代反相電流傳輸器、一個電容和一個電阻。此電路可以實現一階全通濾波之功能。並具備以下特性:使用較少主動及被動元件、浮接電容及電阻、不須阻抗匹配。 本論文藉由的模擬結果與的理論分析來驗證此電路,其結果與理論相近。

In this paper, we will present a new voltage-mode first-order filter circuit. This circuit using one inverting second generation current conveyors (ICCII), one capacitor and one resistor. It can realize the first-order filter function with allpass response .It also has characteristic below:Use less active and passive component ,floating resistor and capacitor . We use HSPICE and MATLAB to simulate this filter circuit. The results are close to theoretical predictions.
