應用智慧電子裝置在微電網保護之研究

摘要


隨著石油能源逐漸衰竭,世界各國更加重視分散式能源的應用,微電網的構想順應而生。微電網與傳統電網不同,他能夠依據各種用戶的需求,提供合適的供電方式。微電網的研究以及建置,在越來越多分散式能源使用的未來,有其建置的必要性。 微電網的組成需有負載、分散式電源及儲能設備等。透過控制能夠達成市電併聯和孤島運轉兩種不同的供電。微電網具備可提高特定用戶供電可靠度與供電品質、可降低輸電上的損失以及能在發生災變時緊急供電等功能。 微電網的故障保護,是目前建置及推廣微電網重要的研究議題之一,透過智慧電子裝置(Intelligent Electronic Device, IED)和網路的連線,能夠更方便的監測整個微電網和進行故障保護。 本論文應用智慧電子裝置於微電網保護中,使用PSCAD/EMTDC模擬太陽光伏及微渦輪機組成之微電網發生故障的情形,參考模擬結果規劃判斷邏輯並使用硬體建置微電網保護模型,能夠成為發展未來微電網保護的基礎。

Fewer and fewer fossil fuels can be supplied for consumption. Many countries pay more attention to the applications of distributed generation. The concept of Microgrid also emerged from it. Unlike traditional grid, Microgrid can combine diversity power to provide the electricity in accordance with different requirements of customers. In the future, building Microgrid is necessary. Microgrid which comprises energy storages, distributed generations and loads can operate under grid-connected mode or islanding mode through proper control methodologies. Microgrid can increase the penetration of renewable energy, enhance the reliability and power quality of customers, reduce transmission losses and provide emergency power. Microgrid protection strategy is one of the critical issues of its research and development. Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs) can provide monitoring and fault protection functionalities for Microgrid. This study uses Intelligent Electronic Devices in Microgrid protection and uses PSCAD/EMTDC software to simulate Microgrid fault model which consists of photovoltaics and microturbines. Based on this study, a practical Microgrid protection system can be developed in the future.
