渦旋式流體化床燃燒爐中刺竹造粒之燃燒研究

摘要


在台灣竹林廢棄物主要來源為砍伐及農用所剩餘之竹林廢棄物,砍伐所產生之竹林廢棄物大多置於原地,而農用所剩餘的竹林廢棄物則以綠竹居多,依據林務局統計電子書、農糧署農業統計年報和行政院環境保護署「分散式生質能源資訊評估與焙燒前處理造粒設備建設計畫」之統計分析 (2011),2013年,台灣之竹林剩餘資材量為48公噸,而農用竹林剩餘資材量為49,174公噸,總竹林剩餘資材量為49,222公噸。 本實驗係以先導型渦旋式流體化床燃燒爐研究竹子造粒之燃燒行為為目的,研究不同二次風配風方式對燃燒行為和燃燒效率之影響,二次風配風方式包括二次風注入速度、二次風注入方式及二次風注入水平。所有的實驗於渦旋式流體化床燃燒爐進行,實驗爐以6mm厚之SS41鐵板製作。燃燒室底面積0.8 m x 0.4 m,乾舷區內徑0.64 m,爐體總高度5 m,內部鋪耐火泥及耐熱纖維用以隔熱,兩者的厚度分別係72 mm,二次風的注入高度係分配板上方1.56、1.78及2 m之位置,旋風集塵器以7 mm厚之SUS310不鏽鋼製成,以矽砂作為床質。 實驗結果顯示,流體化床燃燒爐應操作在切線注入模式、二次風以單層注入、在A level注入二次風和四支二次風注入管管數等條件下。

In Taiwan, sources of the bamboo waste are composed of logging residue and agricultural residue. Most of bamboo wastes from cutting down are putting in the cutting place; for agriculture, however, mainly come from green bamboo. According to Forestry Bureau Forestry Statistics, Agriculture and Food Agency Annual Statistics Report and statistics analysis of Environmental protection Administration Executive Yuan of Evaluation of Bioresource Information for Decentralized Bioenergy and Establishment of Pretreatment Devices for Biomass Torrefaction (2011) in 2013, the logging residue is 48 tonne, the agricultural residue is 49,174 tonne and the total residual waste is 49,222 tonne. The purpose of this study is to investigate the combustion behavior of bamboo pellets in a pilot scale vortexing fluidized bed combustor. The effects of various the types of secondary air injection method on the combustion behavior efficiency are investigated. The effect of the types of secondary air injection includes secondary air injection velocity, various type of secondary air injection and various secondary air injection-elevations. All the experiments are carried out in the vortexing fluidized bed combustor which is fabricated of SS41 steel of 6 mm of thickness. The combustor has a 0.64 m of freeboard I.D. and a total height of 5 m. The combustion chamber is 0.8 m 0.4 m in internal cross area. Refractory bricks and ceramic fibers are used for thermal insulation; both have a 72 mm of thickness. The secondary air injection levels are positioned at 1.56, 1.78 and 2 m above the distributor plate. The cyclone is made of 7 mm SUS310 stainless steel to collect fly ash. The silica sand is used as the bed material. The results show that fluidized bed combustor should be operated in the following conditions, such as tangential injection mode, secondary gas injected at single layer and A level, and four secondary gas injection nozzles.
