Abstract " Revitalization of School Properties " refers to the "reuse" of school assets or property. It is not limited to idle space. As long as tangible or intangible assets can be used more oriented, it can be regarded as a broad sense of school property activation. This study uses a semi-structured interview method, with CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) as the topic structure, and based on the Strategy pattern analysis method proposed by Dah-Hsian Seetoo, drawing the Strategy pattern based on the five aspects of the open information platform of universities and colleges; Later, we conducted in-depth interviews with decision makers and senior managers of the three private universities in Xiangshan District, Hsinchu City, HCU, CHU, and YPU. A total of seven people including the principal, the board of directors, the R D director and the international director were interviewed. After handing the data; analyze the data with CIPP and Strategy pattern respectively, and locate the strategy point. Conclusion using the CIPP table and the Strategy pattern to individually examine the similarities and differences between the three schools, and compile an analysis table of the strategy model for school production activation.
