本文主要目的在探討手機結構強度及設計驗證,因手機開發設計時間長及難度較高,且缺乏可依循的設計規範,故以實測方式驗證設計以進行研究探討,可為日後開發相似結構之機型的設計參考。 依據過去通訊產品的設計經驗,在設計手機開發過程中,探討手機結構強度設計,依產品測試規範及客戶之特殊需求,經由實際產品對結構強度設計作驗證,在驗證過程中所遇到的問題及因應相關對策;將驗證結果加以統整分析,以圖表輔助說明以期簡化流程。本文之研究結果可提升產品設計品質、減少設計驗證次數、增加產品競爭力,並可做為機構設計之參考資料及日後教育訓練的實際範例。
This research discusses a verification procedure for the structural strength of cell phones. Currently, the development and design of cell phones are time-consuming and difficult, and there is no clear procedure to test the design. This research thus presents several experiments to investigate the structural strength of certain cell phones. This research can serve as a reference for future development of the same types of cell phones. Based on the past experience of the design of communication products, this research tests and verifies the structural strength of cell phones during the cell phone development process, according to the specific needs of the cell phones and customers. Also, this research analyzes the problems encountered in the experiment and the solutions to those problems. This research further uses charts to explain and to present a concise verification procedure. This research can raise the quality of the design of cell phones, and it can decrease the number of verification during the cell phone development process. The goal of this research is to enhance the competitiveness of new communication products, and to serve as reference for future cell phone design and company training.
