液靜壓軸承之等流量閥的探討

摘要


等流量閥已在工業應用或學術研究中被提出,其補償軸承油腔壓力應付負載變動時,儘管壓力在不斷的變化,理論上,流率可以保持不變。但是,設計參數必須滿足特定條件。本文運用分析的方法研究了等流量閥的靜態特性,三種類型屬於傳統設計的等流量閥被重新審查;此外,一個創新設計被提出探討。研究結果表明這些類型的閥成為等流量時,其設計參數之間適當的關係,至於第三種傳統設計是無法成為等流量閥的。本文進一步探討傳統兩型及創新一型的三種等流量閥,在受到工作壓力變動之影響時,其流量的變動情形。

Constant-flow valves have been presented in industrial applications or academic studies, which compensate pressures of bearing recesses as load fluctuates. The flow rate of constant-flow valves can be constant in spite of the pressure changes in recesses. However, specific condition of design parameters must be satisfied. This paper utilizes analytical method to study the static characteristics of constant-flow valves, three types belong to traditional design of constant-flow valve are reviewed afresh. Moreover, an innovative design for constant flow is presented and studied. The review and study results reveal that appropriate relationships among design parameters for these type valves.
